Front Wiper Motor Test System

Customers: BOSCH, VALEO, SHB, BROSE, SONGTIAN

Below is some of the requirments about the front wiper motor, customer can choose one or some of them.

Durability Test with Environment Chamber for Front Wiper Motor (4 sets run at the same time)

Features:

1. System is used for 4~8 sets durability test with environment chamber(-50℃~120, Humiditity: 25~98%RH) at the same time, simulating the real operating of the front wiper motor in the car.
2. User can control motor's torque or current in the test to simulate the real load, and each cycle can be set 10 test steps maximumly, each step can be set 0~6000 second, and the cycles and times can also be set freely(need software).
3. By digital PID adjustment, system can run constant load(torque, current or powerin), and once the load be set, it will be automatically stable in 2~3seconds without any outside adjusting by hand.
4. Real-time show the curve during the test, user can easily see the process of loading(current, voltage, torque via time).
5. Automatically save record during test, saving interval can be set freely.
6. Automatically test without any person to supervise, system can automatically stop and alarm by setting alarm value for current, speed or torque.
